USC at Stanford
Stephan Taylor ran for 104 yards and a touchdown as Stanford beat USC 37-35 in the 2nd annual "What's Your Deal Game"?

Matt Barkley led USC to a quick 7-0 lead, but Doug Baldwin caught a pass and turned it into a touchdown from 11 yard out to tie the game at 7. However, USC got downfield again, but a Stanley Havili fumble gave Stanford the ball back.

Chris Owusu caught a pass for 35 yards, and he broke some tackles to get into Trojan territory. Anthony Wilkerson rushed for a touchdown, and Stanford took a 14-7 lead.

However, freshman Robert Woods caught 3 passes and gained 53 yards on those passes, including a touchdown. However, Stephan Taylor fumbled, and Shareece Wright picked up the ball. But he wished he didn't, because he was nailed by Andrew Luck.

Stephan Taylor converted a key 3rd down play, and then Andrew Luck hit Coby Fleener for 35 yards, and Taylor rumbled in for 6. Stanford took the lead, but Robert Woods scored a touchdown because of a great block by Stanley Havili. The score was tied at 21 after 3 quarters, but Stanford was about to score.

Luck completed 2 straight passes for 54 yards, and then Luck found Konrad Reuland for a touchdown. However, Robert Woods was again wide open, and Barkley hit him for 6 to tie the game.

However, Chris Owusu returned a the kickoff 58 yards, and Stanford got the ball at the 6. Andrew Luck hit Doug Baldwin over the middle for a touchdown, but Nate Whitaker missed the extra point.

After Matt Barkley threw 4 straight incomplete passes to give Stanford the ball, all Stanford needed was points. But Stephan Taylor fumbled for the second time, and USC recovered. Allen Bradford scored a touchdown, and USC took a 35-34 lead.

Luck hit Doug Baldwin for 4 yards, and then Baldwin drew a personal foul on USC. Luck then hit Coby Fleener and Baldwin for 24 yards, and then Stephan Taylor ran around right tackle for 16 yards. After 5 more yards from Taylor, Nate Whitaker was ready to try a 30 yard field goal.

And again, USC lost on a last second field goal. Whitaker nailed the kick. Stanford improved to 5-1 with a 37-35 win.

LSU at Florida
A fake field goal helped LSU win another thriller as the Tigers upset Florida 33-29. The Gators played a nice game except for allowing 9 points off turnovers.

Jarrett Lee threw 2 touchdowns, including the game-winner that Terrence Tolliver grabbed over his shoulder with 6 seconds left. Tolliver's first touchdown was where he broke a tackle and rumbled into the end zone.

The Gators fumbled, and Tyrann Mathieu recovered. Josh Jasper made a field goal, and the Tigers led 20-14 at the end. Stevan Ridley then helped LSU take a 26-14 lead, for Jordan Jefferson ran for another touchdown.

However, Andre Debose returned the kickoff for a touchdown, and then LSU was forced to punt. Mike Gilispee scored a touchdown, and the Gators converted a 2 point conversion. Then LSU was forced with a 4th and 3 at the Gator 36.

Les Miles decided to fake out Florida and go for a fake field goal. The holder lateraled to Josh Jasper, who plowed forward for a first down. After a 28 yard pass completion to Tolliver, Jarrett Lee hit Tolliver over his shoulder for the game-winning touchdown to give LSU a 33-29 win. The Tigers are now 6-0.
