Ohio State at Wisconsin
Number one teams have just been have a hard time winning. It's been like that for Ohio State, who just lost their third straight game as the number one team.

John Clay rushed for 104 yards and 2 scores, James White ran for a touchdown and Wisconsin upset Ohio State 31-18, dropping Ohio State out of the number one spot.

David Gilreath found a seam on the opening kickoff return, and then he outran the Buckeye return team for a touchdown. After a Buckeye punt John Clay ran for 51 yards on 5 carries on the next drive, finding holes and rumbling forward.

The Badgers decided to use John Clay, a runner who can break tackles and who is good with good blocking, and James White, a more athletic runner. Ohio State was confused the whole drive, and it led to a John Clay touchdown and a 21-0 Badger lead. Wisconsin led 21-3 at halftime.

However, it was Terrelle Pryor and Ohio State who came out strong. Pryor was able to avoid a dominating pass rush and complete passes, and he completed an amazing pass to Dane Sanzenbacher, picking up 24 yards. Sanzenbacher caught 6 passes for 94 yards.

Dan Herron was good for the Bucks when they needed him, and in the third he found a hole and raced 13 yards for a touchdown. Wisconsin couldn't score on their next drive, and Ohio State received the ball back.

Although Ohio State started with the ball at their own 6, Pryor led Ohio State downfield. Although it took 19 plays, Dan Herron finally plowed in from a yard out to cut the deficit to 21-18.

However, Scott Tolzein was not a bad quarterback. Tolzein picked apart the Buckeye defense, and then the Badgers turned to James White. White got the ball at the 12, and made a nice cut to score a touchdown.

Ohio State got the ball back, but 3 incomplete passes ended the drive. Wisconsin got to the Buckeye 24 on a 33 yard pass by Tolzein, and Phillp Welch drilled a field goal. Blake Sorensen intercepted a Pryor pass, and the Badgers got the win.

Wisconsin plays Iowa on the road next, while the Buckeyes host Purdue.

South Carolina at Kentucky
Mike Hartline threw for 4 touchdowns, including the game-winning score with just 1:15 left as Kentucky beat South Carolina 31-28, rallying from an 18 point deficit at the break.

Using a mix of runs and passes, South Carolina dominated early. Marcus Lattimore found a seam, broke a tackle and scored a touchdown on the opening drive, giving the Gamecocks a touchdown. After Kentucky punted a 42 yard pass from Garcia and a 30 yard pass to Lattimore, setting up anthers touchdown.

Mike Hartline led Kentucky on a touchdown drive, only to watch Marcus Lattimore gain 59 total yards and score a touchdown. However, Hartline led Kentucky on a field goal, getting a field goal.

Lattimore came up big receiving again, catching a screen and making a juke for 6 points. At the half, South Carolina led 28-10.

Mike Hartline led Kentucky downfield for another touchdown drive, and he hit La'Rod King for a 5 yard touchdown. After the Gamecocks went 3 and out Randall Cobb converted on fourth down, and Hartline hit Chris Matthews to make it 28-23.

After 2 3 and outs by South Carolina the Wildcats and Mike Hartline took over. Hartline completed some key passes, and on fourth down the Gamecocks went for a blitz. That left Randall Cobb wide open, and Hartline hit Cobb for 6.

With 1:15 left, Stephen Garcia led the Gamecocks to the Kentucky 20 yard line. With 10 seconds left Garcia threw up a pass, and it was tipped into the hands of Anthony Moseley. Moseley intercepted the pass and gave Kentucky a huge win.
