Will LA take a NFL Team?

The Los Angeles Raiders? The Los Angeles Rams? The Los Angeles Chargers? Well, the city has tried those teams. Is it time for a new one? Let's look over the options.

Minnesota Vikings-A good fan base, but LA is a much bigger city and the Vikings get out of their lease in 2011, enough for the big city. But rivalries and stuff like that keep this team in Minnesota. And since Minnesota is doing so well, the city won't give them up. I think the odds are 11-89 in favor of no.

St.Louis Rams-LA has tried them, but this is still a good option. Since the Rams are 0-6, LA might want a better team. However, a great fan base needs a better stadium. This looks 50-50.

Buffalo Bills-Considering this team is named after a real person, they will probably stay, but the Bills could ditch the cold and come out here. It is better and no different than Toronto. I think the odds are 14-86 in favor of staying in NY.

San Diego Chargers-It is easier because they are in the west and LA has had the Chargers before. But a good fan base will stop their improving team from moving even and hour an a half north. The odds are 17-83.

Oakland Raiders-They have been down there and Al Davis likes the area, but LA probably wants something else. I think that the odds are higher, but rowdy Raider fans help keep them in Oakland. The odds are 33-67.

San Francisco 49ers-It is a lot more likely that the 49ers move to Santa Clara than it is LA, and La isn't all that focused on them. 49ers fans and even the govener may vote to keep them in the Bay Area. The odds are 9-91.

Jacksonville Jaguars-This looks like the best option. With the worst team market, not too many fans and 2 other Florida teams as well as Florida, Miami, Florida State and South Florida in college ball, the Jagaurs look ready to move only 15 years after they entered the league. The odds are 71-29.

My pick is the Jaguars because LA would support the team better, probably not change the name and since the Jaguars have a bad market and have the least fans in the NFL in Florida and maybe the league, a move supports the team better for sure. I see the LA Jaguars in 2011 or sooner. Expect the city to make some offseason changes.
