Packers vs. Steelers
This was a very exciting match-up for every fan at Heinz Field to see. Pittsburgh struck first with Ben Roethlisberger's 60 yard touchdown pass to Mike Wallace, but Aaron Rodgers threw a great pass to Greg Jennings, who ran for an 83 yard score and the game was 7 all. Rashard Mendanhall used his toughness to put Pitt up 14-7, but Aaron Rodgers scrambled down the middle for a 14 yard TD. Big Ben hit Mewelde Moore from 10 yards out and Pitt led 21-14 at the half. A field goal had them up 24-14, but the Pack answered with Jermichael Finley's 11 yard TD catch from Aaron Rodgers. Pitt got another FG, but Ryan Grant ran 24 yards for a touchdown and Green Bay was up 28-27 with 7:49 to go. But Pittsburgh regained the lead with a 43 yard field goal, only to have Green Bay drive downfield and have James Jones catch a 24 yard TD pass from Aaron Rodgers just 1:52 later. This was Pittsburgh's season. If they lost, the season was basically over. If they won, it was look forward to the Ravens game and practice hard. Facing fourth and 7 at their own 22, Roethlisberger hit Santonio Holmes for a 32 yard pass to the Packers 46. On third and 15 at the Steelers 44, Big Ben found Hines Ward for a 20 yard gain and they were still alive. A 15 yard pass to Heath Miller had the Steelers on the 19 with 18 seconds left. After 2 incompletions, Roethlisberger hit Mike Wallace for a TD as time ran out and Pittsburgh had stunned Mike McCarthy and the Packers.

Cribbs runs into record books
In a game that had no playoff implications, no need to actually go out and try to win, history and amazement happened. Since this game didn't matter, Chiefs fans can be happy that they saw history happen as well.

Tied at 3 and with no madness happening, Chiefs kicker Ryan Succop kicked off to Joshua Cribbs at the goal line Cribbs ran to the 35, broke a couple tackles, broke another one and he was gone. Then, after a fumble recovery in the end zone put the Chiefs up 24-13, Cribbs took the kickoff and blasted through a hole, and he had just recorded his 8th career kickoff return for touchdown, an NFL record.

Jerome Harrison, running back for the Browns hadn't done anything in the first half, but 1:44 into the second half he blasted through a hole for a 71 yard score to put Cleveland up 27-24. He started the fourth with an 8 yard TD run and Cleveland had a comfortable 10 point lead, powered by 21 unanswered points.

But the Chiefs got a field goal and with 2:20 to go, Matt Cassel found Mark Bradley for a score and it was tied at 34. Then, facing third and one, Jerome Harrison ran to the right and scored from the 28 and with 44 seconds remaining, Cleveland looked like they had a sure fire win. And the Browns defense stopped KC as Cleveland improved to 3-11. But the more important part was that Jerome Harrison had ran for 286 yards, 3rd most in NFL history. And Cribbs ran into the record books.

And this was one of the most memorable games in NFL history.

Raiders final drive
On fourth and 10 from the Broncos 38 and now or never time for the Raiders, JaMarcus Russell threw an 11 yard pass and the Raiders were still alive. Then they got to the Broncos 10 yard line, and JaMarcus Russell hit Chaz Schilens for a TD and Oakland led 20-19. Denver completed a pass on 4th and 17, but they had no timeouts and Denver's playoff hopes were shortened with the Raiders win.

Dasher leads Blue Raiders by Golden Eagles 42-32
Trailing 14-0 with 1 quarter in the books, Middle Tennessee State knew that they needed to turn the game over to Dwight Dasher. They did just that.

Dasher threw 2 touchdowns to make it 14-14, and when they trailed 17-14 the speedy Dasher raced 35 yards for a score. Brent Burnette threw a 23 yard TD pass to Chris McClover and the Blue Raiders held a 28-20 lead entering the fourth. USM scored a TD but failed the 2 point conversion and MTSU still led 28-26. Benjamin Cunningham ran 2 yards for a score and it was 35-26. Dwight Dasher put the cap on the bottle with a 1 yard TD run on third down and 42-32 MTSU won their first bowl game ever.
