NBA Finals Madness
Swish. Swish. It's...good! That was how Game 1 of the NBA Finals went.
The Lakers took full control in the second half, destroying the Orlando Magic 100-75. Kobe Bryant led the Lakers in scoring with 40.
Jameer Nelson returned to the Magic after a right shoulder injury Feb. 2 against the Mavericks. He wasn't able to do much as the Lakers took it in a blowout.
In advantage for Orlando, the series pattern [including Game 1] goes Lakers, Lakers, Magic, Magic, Magic, Lakers, Lakers, which means Orlando can take Game 2 and wrap 'em up in those 3 home games.
Game 2 is Sunday at 8:00 PM ET, 5:00 PM PT.
