Explaining Northwestern

Tonight we talk about 25 Northwestern, and their start.

The Northwestern Wildcats, their best start in 46 years, may not have deserved this. But C.J Batcher led them past the Iowa Hawkeyes for their first ranking since 2005. The Cats were down 17-3, but came back, made it 17-16 with 2 TD passes, and Batcher hit Eric Peterman for the go-ahead score with 7:54. Even with a missed 2 point conversion, 2 points didn't matter as the Wildcats erased a 14 point defecit for the 22-17 win. The Wildcats also held off Duke, who only lost to them and are 3-1 and they beat Navy, who beat 16 Wake Forest and they beat Virginia 31-3. They only beat Ohio by 8, 16-8, but I think Northwestern will go 11-1 and only lose at home to 12 Ohio State 38-35.
